Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My name is Walter Erwin, I live in Willow Spring North Carolina. I was marketed through E-mail about two weeks ago of a opportunity to advertise my own network marketing business.

The first contact person I spoke with was Mark, the sales person. He started out with a price of 2400.00 after 5 minutes of phone conversation the price then came down to 1400.00, and finally before we have finished he had sold me an advertising package for only 800.00, and I was told that It would cover everything and I would not have to do a thing. He had told me that the package would arrive in 3 to 5 days, and If I was not satisfied I would get a full refund, with no questions asked. I was also told that I would not be charged on my visa card until after I have recieved the package and called the 1-800 number and activated it.

Well I was charged 800.00 and recieved the package the third day. I have opened the box, and saw that it was really not what I had expected, so Immediately had my wife ship it back the next morning via UPS.

I have had a total of 5 calls that I have made alone with 3 emails, with the concern of getting my refund.

The first person I have talked with was Karrie Allen, and she was very consistant in me keeping the program, but when she felt that I really wanted out, she then gave me another number to contact Steve at 1-800-547-5152.

After we have spoken, he sounded really nice and understanding, did not know he was I believe setting me up also to keep the program, rather then the interest in satisfing a customer. So he convinced me to stay with the program, and made a appointment by phone to speak with Karrie Allen again. This time not only was I in shock, but after she new I would keep this program, she offered me another program for an additional 1400.00, she said it was an FFA site. then I refused it, and the conversation ended.

I called up Steve again the next day, and told him what had happened, and he sounded concerned for me. He had told me that he would put down a request for me to get a refund.

About a week later now I received a call from the office, saying that they have recieved the package I sent back telling me that they are trying to send it back to me, and I had told me no, I have declined and trying to get my money back. He said he would send an e-mail to steve letting him know.

The next day I got home from work, I looked at my credit card statement, and not only did I see 800.00, but a new charge of 140.00 also. I was so furious, I called him and told steve, and he said that I will be refunded the money.

as of today, going on the second week, They have charged my Credit Card with the amount of $940.00 total. and have not made any attempt to repay me.

Please help me to get my money back, I am not looking to get any one in trouble, I just want my money back. I recieved no material from them. And did not give them any permission to activate my account.

Thankyou So very much.

Walter
