Christian Lawrence from Aspen Asset Management AG (www.aspen-am.com) approached and advised that his firm had an investment opportunity in an up and coming company www.hyprvue.com registered in Hong Kong (CR:2258039) that a hedge fund was looking to buy shares for $3.85 and he could purchase Founder shares for $1 for Aspen Asset Management AG clients. Once I invested monies, he moved the goal posts several times and told me that I would have to invest further monies in this company in order to be part of the trade to exit my investment. I became wary at his scammy behaviour and completed a background check on Hyper Vision Limited. It turned out that the company registered with HK companies registered listed Directors which I approached. They confirmed that they had no involvement with the www.hyprvue.com website and that it probably was a fake investment opportunity scam.
Since this time, I have been in touch in Aspen Asset Management AG and they have simply been wasting my time with nonsenical responses. Clearly Aspen Asset Management AG is a scam organisation perpetrating a fraud with investors. Libra Trust AG is an enabler of the scammers. DO NOT INVEST ANY MONIES WITH THIS COMPANY

Dear Stephen,
Rather than continually threaten with legal action, why don’t you try and resolve my issue? I have invested considerable amounts of monies through Aspen Asset Management AG and your company has given many false assurances with regards to the investment Hyper Vision Limited – www.hyprvue.com your company is spruiking.
Moreover, Aspen Asset Management AG has failed to explain why the registered Directors of Hyper Vision Limited in Hong Kong have disavowed any knowledge of your company or www.hyprvue.com . In the absence of proof that your company is representing a genuine and real investment as you have represented, I will continue to provide truthful and honest opinion that Aspen Asset Management AG has setup and is heavily involved with scamming potential investors with a fraudulent fake investment scheme.

I acknowledge receipt of your email dated Friday 25th March 2022.
As a company, we do not advise clients to partake in illegitimate schemes or investments and neither do we set up investment vehicles as your email indicates. Unfortunately, you have decided to initiate slanderous postings online, over the last week, which now creates an obstacle in resolving this matter amicably and swiftly.
We are engaging legal counsel who will contact you to provide a letter before action as there is no basis behind your claims that we set up such a scheme as previously mentioned in your email.
Your attempt to leverage the situation by threatening defamation will not be successful and we will not succumb to such bully tactics. In the event that you are due any reparations due to the activity of any of our staff members or representatives, threatening tactics will most certainly hinder the timeliness in which such reparations would be awarded.

The complainant has been advised by a third party that Nominee Directors, Andrea Elia and Juergen Kob, may have had assumed to have no knowledge of the events this alleged Fraud disception and are presumed to be innocent with regards to these events.
