My husband purchased a $279.00 purse for me. I was told FedEx would have the package in 24-36 hours that was a Thursday night on Tuesday FedEx had it i was told it would take 4 days from purchase to get the purse it took 1 week. When talking to customer service through a chat to see why the purse was not at FedEx Rebecca was far from helpful and i had to log back the next day to get an answer on my purse. When i got my purse the dust cloth bag had a horrible LV on the front which looked like a 3 year old wrote the LV.

After talking to Rebecca 2 times I finally got the training supervisor and "lost connection" 2 times and then got Dina who was rude and told me that there was nothing wrong and didn't care that Diane had said she would send me a new dust cloth. All I got out of this whole issue was 30% off from Dina. Why would I want to buy anything from them if they aren't going to stand behind a defect?

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
