I've been contacted by this same person and was just wondering if you actually spoke to Bryant long enough to find out if his business is legitimate and whether the "guaranteed refund" is what he claims it to be. I'd also like to know if you "cold called" any of Mr. Cass's clients to see if they were satisfied with his service - after all, you said you'd do that too. I, for one, would love to be guaranteed that I will get the price I'm asking for my car. I have already used to online services and spent well over the $89 and my car is still not sold. From the sounds of the original report, it seems the writer was just upset that he was cold called and didn't bother to check out the business or it's claims before claiming them to be nothing more than a ripoff. Maybe some of Bryant's other customers could give us a more accurate picture of thebiglot.com and Bryant. After all, an EDUCATED consumer is the best customer.
