wyndham vacation resort Orlando scam for your money Orlando Florida
i purchased a 4 day and 3 night package that was to be good until the end of the year at any location. i called for a week to book this vacation for my family when i purchased the package i was told the pick a locattion for close to us but i could change it at anytime. i was given 866-889-8069 ext 637990. well dont call that number no one wil answer. i found 800-891-1001 on the internet, well i set on the phone for over a half hour waiting for someone to answer. then i was told that nothing i was to to sale this package was ture. i could not change the location or get my money back. i ask to speak to a supervisor he gave the phone to someone else on the floor, and that guy told me that supervisors don't answer the phone. i wonder why. well i will make sure not to stay at any motel or hotel that wyndham is partnered with. like they care...
