We were invited to a time share. Before we knew what happened their skilled sales people had us roped in both emotionally and financially. They made promises of vacation destinations that aren't "free" like they had promised.
We have signed up for $24000 in debt to have been mislead and coorssed into this deal. They allow you 7-10 days to opt out but neglect to provide you the proper papaerwork for almost 3 weeks. We have become financially burdened by this scam.
The burden wouldn't be so bad if we actually got something out of it. It's so sad to me that people get sucked into this type of scam everyday. Thousands and thousands of people who just get absoultely blindsided before they have any idea what happened.
This is wrong and these people need to be stopped and we "the suckers" who trusted them should have the opportunity to get out. It's only fair. Not to mention they should be punished.

YOU had to sign the papers and nobody forced you to do that! If YOU would have done your homework, YOU would have seen getting into ANY timeshare is a horrendous deal! YOU have buyer's remorse because you know you played doormat when somebody with a backbone would have walked out and you wouldn't have attended their pitch to begin with!
