On April 5, 2006, I placed an order for three medicines. Before my order was confirmed, I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel one product and order another. Within 12 hours, I received confirmation of my new order with an order number.

It is now June 8, 2006. I did finally received my order, even noting on one receipt that an item had been cancelled. The problem is, however, that they still charged my Visa account for the product I had cancelled.

I have called the number and left messages. I have sent numerous emails requesting that they credit my Visa account for the item I cancelled. I have had no response.

Thank you very much for your service. There are so many of us with limited income, who can't afford insurance or repeated doctor's fees. We can barely afford the medicines.
