XLCLABS submitted a 2nd charge to my account for purchase of a FREE product Savannah Georgia
upon comletion of an online suvey I was given the choice of 5 free products for which I was only required to pay shipping. i chose the VR goggles and paid for the shipping with my debit card. 2 weeks later my account was charged for the full price of the product. after contacting the company I was told it was ony a free trial. i told them to send me a shippinng label and I would return the merchandise as it remains unopened but was told i had to pay for its return also.
