 these words come out of a email i just received explaining why they do not send me money.
We appreciate you for bringing this matter to us.
 
We understand the importance of every book sale; thus, Xlibris is very diligent when it comes to the reporting of sales coming from both Xlibris bookstore and from our online resellers every month.
 
Should there have been confirmed purchases made from April to June this year, they will be posted on the 2nd quarter and will show on your royalty statement 60 days from the end of the quarter which is within the month of August.
 
As for book purchases made after September 2011 and prior the month of April 2012, please send us any information to help us track and verify as to why sales was not posted for the corresponding quarter. Information such as the online website from where the book was purchased, name of customer or date will help us locate and verify.
