XM HEALTH & BEAUTY GOOGLE PROFIT HOUSE, MOTHER OF FOUR DESPERATE TO HELP HUSBAND IS TRICKED INTO SCAM!! GOOGLE PROFIT HOUSE? WELL, THAT'S GOTTA BE LEGIT! NO? Internet *NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.
On August 24th,2009 I was on Craigslist, I happened to read an ad placed by a stay ay home mom, stating how she was making so much money working for Google. There was a link there for you to click on if interested.
And well, my nightmare started. I really thought it was legit! It even states as seen on Cbs, Msnbc, how foolish I was! In any case it asks to see if they can support you from where you live, so you have to enter your name, address. Once you do it exlaims that you can recievetheir "Kit". Just pay $1.97 for shipping. You will recieve the "kit" and once you do you follow the instructions and start making the money!
This morning as I was banking online I noticed an "International Fee" and two transactions from "HM health & Beauty" I immediately called Bank of America and they proceeded to ask me if I had made a purchase online. I then recalled the $1.97 for the "Google kit". Lo and behold I realized I had been scammed! HM Health and Beauty deducted the $1.97 on August 25,2009 and on August 31,2009 they deducted $84.84!!!! The nerve of them!! Bank of America asked me to call them. Bank of America provided me with their phone number. As expected, the customer service was a joke. First I spoke to a "Lamine" she stated that was her name. She said I was being uncooperative, only because I stated my cause and requested to speak to a supervisor.
She then asked me if I had read the "19 page terms and conditions" Are you kidding me? I never saw that on the website! And if I had , I sure as heck wouldn't of placed the order!! She then said that they do not send anything through the mail!! Only through email. So, then why do I pay the $1.97 for shipping?! She was rude , obnoxious and she hung up.
I called Bank of America back , who then proceeded to block my credit/atm card. Placed the claim !! Feeling yet very uneasy I called the company back hoping to speak to a supervisor. This time a "Tanya" took my call. I told her the whole situation. She told me to wait , as I waited I heard laughing in the background and she said under her breath F**K, I said excuse me? and she poceeded to say that I should have cancelled within 5 days of placing the order! Why would I have thought of that if I still haven't recieved the "kit" I did though get my husband's hard earned money deducted from my account without my authorization!! I asked her where was her heart? How could they do that? Oh she said she was a "Christian". I then asked her to speak to a supervisor. . .
Guess what? She said she was the supervisor!!! Omg!! She wouldn't let me talk , she yelled at me to call my credit card company and dispute it with them and HUNG UP on me. Boy, what a Christian!!
