XMHealth&Beauty Google Kit LOSE YOUR MONEY Hollywood , Florida *NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.
On Aug 30 2009, I signed up for this promotion about Google AD kit featured on CBS, ABC, CNN, the list goes on of reputable people who supposedly endorsed this company. During the process you are asked to read their terms and conditions otherwise you cannot proceed, like a lot of people I am sure you click knowing that so many people endorse this compnay and proceed. At the end you can now click the terms and see that you are going to be charged $84.84 initial and then a recurring charge of $35 and change a month. You have 5 days to cancel! I immediately tried only to find out that nobody answers the phone. I logged in over an hour on my cell phone so I have proof that I tried to call! I have disputed with my credit card company 3 times and all three times I receive a copy of the terms from the company XM. When I called XM I was told that I had to dispute with my bank the charge and that my account was closed. Funny, who closed it I asked as I was never able to get thru. My credit card compnay tells me the XM provides a IP adrress that the program was downloaded, I like to know who downloaded what , where and when, because I was never given an opportunity to. Can anybody help to get everybodys money back or some of it?
