On March 13, I placed and order for a Neoprene Sauna Waist Trainer.  $24.90 was immediatley taken for the purchase of this item.  $19.95 for the item and $4.95 for shipping.  Message recived upon order was:

"Thank you for your purchase! Hi, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been shipped."

March 21st no product delivered, so I made contact via email asking for the status and was told: "Thank you for contacting us! Please do not worry as your order will be shipped very shortly.We let all customers know upon checkout to expect there order to arrive within 3 weeks from purchase date. Your next email from us will be your tracking number.Please keep an eye out on your junk mail box too.Thank you for shopping with us! Can I help you with anything else at all?Thanks and have a great day!

April 9th still no deliver of product so I reached out again and received this message: "I found your order. There had been a mix up at the warehouse. I have it all set to be shipped out next week. I will email you the tracking number once the warehouse sends me the tracking information. I am very sorry for the mix up. If you have any further questions or concerns please email. Thanks again for your order! Shad in customer care."

April 21st still nothing, so I reach out again advising that wanted a refund to receive this information: "Your order has already been shipped. You should be receiving that soon. Thank you for your order and have a nice weekend."  I sent another email asking for the tracking infornation and they stated, "Your order has been shipped. Once your order enters the US a tracking number is generated and emailed to you. Your order is on the way and you should have that very soon. Thank you for your business and sorry for the delay."

Today is June 4th and I have yet to recieve the product, the tracking information or my money back.  My lesson was learned with this incident and I am glad that it not a larger amount of money they ripped me off for.
