The customer purchased a 110cc Atv from XXX-Motorsports on November 21, 2006. After the item had already been shipped, the customer called XXX-Motorsports' sales dept. and told us that what we were sending was not what he ordered. The customer ordered over the phone and we were sure that we sent the right Atv to him, even though he insisted that we sent the wrong one. The customer refused the Atv when the trucking company delivered it to his home. We pulled the Atv back to our warehouse on our own shipping account. Even though the customer issued a false chargeback with his credit card company against XXX-Motorsports, we still refunded his money. The customer has not posted anything further since his last complaint, and he has not told anyone that he got refunded like he wanted. XXX-Motorsports has refunded this customer as he requested, and XXX-Motorsports should get the credit that we deserve for doing everything we can to make our customer happy and satisfied.
