I purchased a brand new motor scooter online from this company. They shipped it to my home for free which I thought was a pretty good deal. I had to install the handlebars and the front tire but the engine and anything electronic was already installed.

When I got it together and tried to start it it was try to start but not fully turn over. I called the company and they told me to try using starter fluid to get it it running. I did that and it didn't work. I then replaced the spark plugs, battery, gas and anything else i could. I was working on the bike for about 3 hours a day for a week and talking to their online technician once a day. When ever I would call them and leave a message they never returned my calls so I had to keep calling until I reached someone.

Finally i was over it and told them that I either wanted them to replace this bike with another one, pay to have it fixed, or just take it back and refund me my money. They told me they would do any of these things but they would send me new parts, which was in the warranty. But I had to install them myself or pay someone to install them. This upset me because I shouldn't have to pay to fix something that was suppose to be brand new and running when I purchased it.

They still refuse to help me which I think is extremely bad business and the bike still does not run. I payed $1300 for a brand new broken bike. I would never shop with this company again and would encourage everyone else not to as well.

The customer purchased this item on November 27, 2006. By December 13, 2006, XXX-Motorsports had been troubleshooting with the customer to diagnose this. On December 13, 2006, XXX-Motorsports ordered a carburetor for the customer. On December 16, 2006, the carburetor was sent out to the customer (great turnaround time to send warranty parts). The customer mentioned in his complaint that we refused to pay to have the bike fixed. But, the customer brought the scooter to XXX-Motorsports' Repair Location and XXX-Motorsports repaired the scooter! The customer picked up the scooter from XXX-Motorsports' Repair Location and never called XXX-Motorsports about any other issues since. XXX-Motorsports has assumed that the customer is a satisfied customer since he has not attempted to contact us about anything else since he picked up the scooter. XXX-Motorsports has complied with the customers requests and repaired the scooter for him. We have done everything that he has asked of us. There are many customers satisfied with our service every day, as this customer should be as well.
