This issue has now been resolved. The company recently sent me a pre-paid UPS label to send back the wrong candles, which I did, and a short time later, I finally received my correct clear votives! What a relief! At the end of the day, I don't feel that I was being an unreasonable customer, I just wanted what I paid for. I'm happy now.
