YELMAN & ASSOCIATES, consistently breaks the law by posting social security numbers as a matter of public record. California Civil Code Section 1798.85(a) (1) specifically, "Publicly post or publicly display in any manner an individual's social security number. "Publicly post" or "publicly display" means to intentionally communicate or otherwise make available to the general public."
Yelman & Associates lodges documents with social security number information as a public record. This is against the law. One of the main reasons the law exists is to prevent Identity Theft, however Yelman & Associates simply breaks the law. When attorneys break the law, court's often look down upon those attorneys, as a result, the clients suffer since the judge may not like there attorney.
*** I gotta put this or Yelman & Associates might sue me and put my social security number as a public record next! Note: Before relying on the above, be sure to verify its accuracy on your own. A good place to start is the San Diego Superior Court searchable data base. Just put in Yelman or Charles Kim then go pull the file, or however you feel like verifying the information. Of course, everything here is the opinion of the author.

Charles W. Kim, Yelman & Associates, continues to show bad judgment by violating California law when he lodges social security number information as part of the public record. California Civil Code 1798.85 precludes a person from lodging a public record containing a social security number. However, Charles W. Kim, Yelman Associates doesn't care about his ethical duty to obey the law.
