I placed an order in November by the 25th i aksed for my moeny back. On 12-1-04 i received an e-mail stating to give them a few days to issue the refund, it is now 1-5-05 i have recieved nothing. I send up to ten e-mails a day and they ignore 99% of them. Every now and then i get one that is also the same, it tells me to wait 10 more days, i have asked for phone numbers and never gotten them, they nver come right out and answer my e-mails. I am aksing my bank to reverse the charges for non-shipment and will never order from them again.
