I found this company just browsing around on FB. Yogi BareBath & Relaxcarries just about everything from Bath & Body...to Candles & Melts & even Hair Bows. What attracted me initally was the Eczema Crmfor my son....so on Nov 29th of 2010 ....I placed my 1st order during their Black FridaySale & Promptly paid through Paypal.

I ordered:

1-4oz Eczema Crm

1-Yogi Bakers Dozen (12 Melts)

1-10 of the BEST Yogi mixes can you say PINK SUGAR (10 Melts)

My order came to $17 with shipping & handling.

1 Week after I placed my order....I read on Yogi Bare's FB page that the Eczema Crm was out of stock & that there would be a delay in receiving our packages.....I was never contacted or emailed in regards to this matter at all.

December 29th came & I still had not received a Shipping Notice for my order. I emailed Yogi Bare & the Owner (Glenna Prokopchuk) stated that the Eczema Crm did come in butshe had tofill all theorders in thestore 1st & that when thenext batch comes in she'd ship my order.

On Jan 12th ....I left amessage on Yogi Bare's FB page....inquiring if the Eczema Crm came in Yet & the Owner stated that it did come in & that my order would be shipping out the Very next day which was Jan 13th.

Usually.....It only takes 2-3 days to receive a package....Still nothing on Jan 22nd :(( by this time....Im justdisgusted with this Company!!! I emailed Yogi bare early in the AM letting them know my package hasnt arrived as of yet & I never got a shipping notice in my email....According to the owner....My package was shipped on Jan 13th & she has no idea where it could be! The owner also stated that ....she was very sorry BUT she's having troubles withitems beingout ofstock in the store

Finally ....Mail ran on the 22nd & there my package is.....I open it & My order wasshorted thePink SugarMelts & the Eczema Crm wasnt a full 4oz! AFter waiting nearly 2 months for my order....EVERYTHINGS NOT THERE!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?????!!!!! I emailed Yogi Bare in regards to this on the 22nd & I haveyet tohear back from her!!!! I Even went to the FB page & asked her to Check her Email Inbox. Not 1 time did the Ownerever contact me in regards to anything....I always made the 1st step!

Now lets talk about their Product & Packaging!!!!!

I Melted 1 of their melts & really didnt even get a STRONG throw at all, not even on a cold sniff....I could'nt smell anything! I melted another & Everyone in the house said they really couldnt smell anything .....soooo.....in my opinion....the tarts are duds & are of poor quality!!! The tarts are packaged in a Zip Lock bag with the paper cups....labels are hand written on the bottom of the paper cups....HOW TACKY!!!

The Eczema Crm is suppose to be a 4oz container & was only 1/2 way full. On the Website itsPink in Color & Whipped up ALL Pretty & Comes in a Plastic Container with labels. WELLLLLL....this was not that! This Cream was White & didnt Look as Thick as the Crm on the site. My Eczema Crm came in a ALL WHITE PLASTIC CONTAINER.....NO LABEL....NO INGREDIENTS.....NO NOTHING!!

I am STILL waiting to hear back from Yogi Bare Bath & Relax/Glenna Prokopchukin regards to my 10 PINK SUGAR tarts that was not included in my order & why the Eczema Crm wasnta full 4oz. I will not EVERRRR order from this Company again for they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & their PRODUCTS are NOT what the APPEAR on the WEBSITE!!

In regards to this complaint it is just rediculus, for one when she ordered she was notified it was out of stock, she was totally aware of that. When i mailed i mailed the wrong package to her and did 

appologise for that. For 3 I refunded her and told her how sorry i was. She had the option to be refunded and return the items however she never answered me so I went ahead and refunded 

her, only for her to start drama on Face Book that she had to file a complaint and that is untrue,

I have proof of that. I take pride in my products and have never had a complaint like this.

She was so understanding when she was kept in the loop on my facebook page and then turned nasty. I will never ship to the USA again. This case is solved as far as I can see, she has no 

business complaining to fraud when she was refunded and has the products, then gets people

to write nasty comments to me on my fb page.. She was promptly refunded and does not even 

have the decency to write that here. Unbelieveable..
