Ok, I checked a few things. First, your money went to Moscow, Russia. The website is registered to: Smolnikov Andrey [email protected] +7.4955141051 NA ul Kazakov 12-5 Moscow, NW, RU 110121 Their hosting is also provided by a company in Russia. What I'd try: I'd file a complaint/request for refund with Bank of America - perhaps their fraud department. I'd file a complaint with yahoo to have their yahoo account shut down. Unfortunately, once the money was transferred to Moscow, you probably won't get it back - but you have nothing to lose by trying. I know it's too late, but there are some warning signs on their website that everyone should be aware of before shopping on line. They are: 1. No major credit cards accepted! Only non-cancellable money transfers accepted - think about this - there's a reason for this and it isn't good. 2. No secure order form. The order page is NOT secure - no "lock" icon when ordering. 3. No physical contact information - no address, phone number, email address, etc. to give you an indication of where they are located. If any of these conditions exist on a website - go away - Do NOT order anything from such a website! Further, you can check the registrant information of the website by doing a "whois" to determine where the owner of the website is and how new the domain is. In this case, Netplasma.net was created only a few months ago. Good luck.

netplasma still not responding to my emails. Please, do not do business with these people.. I have turned it over to The Consumer Protection Agency. These folks do good work & I'm looking forward to getting my money back.
