I purchased the associate manuel approx. 2 1/2 months ago. I received the manuel just as ordered. The manuel was layed out perfect. From beginning to end the details were explained. Eagerly I hit the floor running and quickly the calls came in with people ready to unload their excess. The $$$$ signs were in my head as I located deal after deal. I have called the company several times and yes, I do speak to someone every time. They say they are working on it. I have spoke to Mr. Ben many times and he assured me he is on it. Zaken Company has my information and they are aware of everything sheets and samples sent to them.

Now, I read about RIP-OFF and the stories are sounding scary familiar. I questioned at least 3 staff members about this and I was told that Nick is posing false names and false complaints.

Well 2 1/2 months after sending in many deals and not one closed deal.

Is there a company that will close our deals?

The concept makes since. It should be fairly easy to locate buyers using a similar process as finding sellers. I do not know why a company could not honestly do the process as stated. The ground work has been made and there are many sellers that are easy to find. Buyers should be happy to have the merchandise located for them. The price is only a fraction of the original. Is there a company that actually will sell your located items and pay a % of the profit? It will be extremely hard to recoup time and money spent thus far. Why not redirect that energy to a company that will sell if a company exist? To answer your question : No, I do not think Nick could make up so many names with so many different writing styles and opinions.

How did you pay for your associate package? Did they get you for the directory and stationery? If by credit card you may be able to go back through them by stating this company perpretated a fraud against you. I dare say many credit card companies have this information on file, complaint after complaint on being "ripped off". I read these reports while my order was in process and refused delivery when the package came and I did receive a refund of $174.00. However, I feel I was one of the lucky ones, only because I reacted quickly and had no level of trust in this so called opportunity after I found this site. I suggest you read through the reports, there is a lot of information and contacts for reporting your particular situation, and it sounds like you have taken this a far as you can go. Contact the Editor and request to be contacted by the group who has filed the class action suit, your experience is important as you have really worked the program, and seen nothing in return, plus your own reputation has been possibly damaged because none of your deals have closed. It's time to face reality and accept that you are on a very long list of honest, hard-working people who have been "TAKEN BY ZAKEN".You didn't buy the explanation that "Nick" was filing all these reports and posing as different people, did you? I wish you luck.
