Zero Plus Dialing huge ripoff, fraudulant charges on phone bill San Antonio Texas
A charge of $17.95 for a 3 minute call appeared on my phone bill. It was listed as a long distance call although it turns out it was actually a collect call made to me from a pay phone that is located about 2 blocks away. The collect call was made using "1-800-collect" and somehow this huge charge from "Zero Plus Dialing" was placed on my phone bill. (*Bill also states - Billed on Behalf of CUSTOM TELECONNECT). I tried to call Zero Plus Dialing but waited on hold forever. I finally gave up. I intend to call my phone company and tell them I am disputing the charge.
