on November5/ 07 I ordered 1 Lb of pipe tobacco. Having ordered and received from ziggymart before I realized that orders were slow in delivery and would probably be worse due to the Christmas season mail over load, so on December 12/07 ordered and paid for another 1 lb. pipe tobacco.That same day I ordered a flask.

In January 08 I received the flask but no tobacco. I sent an e-mail inquiring why and received a reply from John saying they were having trouble with their supplier but hoped to have it in stock soon. So I ordered and paid for 6 pouches of Borkum Riff pipe tobacco thinking there would be no problem with stock on hand and I would have that until the other orders came through.

It is now May, no shipment has arrived. Out of the four (4) e-mails sent to ziggymart in the last two months, one has been answered by John stating " You mean none of the three orders got through? I will check to see if something got sent back". The next three e-mails were not answered.
