Zips Drycleaners rip-off! Horrible customer service! Timonium Maryland
They gave me back my shirt wrinkled and stained and when I asked for a refund the manager told me that She would not give me a refund for the shirt. She said that if I was unsatisfied then why did I keep coming to the cleaners. She yelled all of this standing three stations down from the station I was at.
When I asked to speak with her supervisor she told me that she was not going to bother him with my problem and that she would not give me any money. I then came down to the station where she was to speak to her and calmly asked her why she was speaking to me in such a nasty way and being so unprofessional. She then yelled at me saying that she didn't care how I felt about her and that other people didn't feel the same way I did about her.
She was completely irrational and belligerent toward me. When I spoke to the owner of the store the next day he told me that she said that I was rude to her. He said that he was sorry but did not have her apologize to me as I had asked and said that he wasn't there so he couldn't be sure of what happened.
He told me that he knew her for four year and that customers had only complained about her a few times. He said he could not be responsible for personality conflicts. I asked him if a personality conflict gave her the right to yell at me or speak to me rudely and he said no but I still got no apology. I fell like he took the side of the manager and I will not spend any more money with them.
