For anyone planning to work for this company or planning on doing business with this company, please beware.

This company is a complete and utter sham. The owner of the company is not even in the United States legally and has not been for over two years. The owner of this company is Fabien Soudiere. Fabien is twenty two years old and lives in Southern California his last place of residence was in Los Angeles, California. Fabien is believed to now be living in San Clemente, California.

Fabien is French native residing in the United States illegally. He has a good way to taking money from people with promises of high returns on their investments and or securities in his company ZO! Creative LLC.

Zo! Creative LLC is not even a legitimate company. The name of the company is not even original to its origin. After investigation it was found that ZO Creative INC is an actual company that provides similar services that Fabien Soudiere provides with his company ZO! Creative LLC. Notice that the names are fairly similar. ZO Creative INC is a legitimate company. ZO! Creative LLC (Fabien company) was established after the legitimate company ZO Creative INC.

Accoding to ZO Creative LLC the company was founded in 2009 as indicated on the company's website. Fabien Soudiere as well as Chase Mcguire, and Fabiens own father Dominique Soudiere are managing members of the company ZO! Creative LLC.  According to the state of Nevada the company was registered in 2011 not 2009s.

Fabien has employees that he is not paying taxes on. He does a very good job of recruiting people, telling them what they want to hear, having them working for him, and then not paying them. The employees that have gotten paid, he did not and does not pay taxes on. Fabien also lies about hisemployees compensation plans and the nature of job descriptions.

As for clients, Fabien does a really good job  manipulating his clients. He tells them to rush payments so that he can get work started when in reality the urgency to get their money was more so for the purpose of paying his personal bills and
entertaining his companion who is often a fixture in the workplace acting inappropriately and distracting employees from their work and making them feel uncomfortable in the work place. There were many instances of sexual harassment related to the presence of Fabiens companion in the workplace.

As for Fabiens workplace; there is not an office on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles. He does not have an office. He was running his business out of the living room of his one bedroom Hollywood apartment until he dropped paying clients because he could not deliver what they required and could no longer afford the $2100.00 a month apartment. With the help of an American Citizen who also works with ZO! Creative, Fabien was able to lease an apartment fraudulently. There is no stationary office for ZO! Creative.  Isnt that a bit odd for a company claiming to have over $1,000,000 in assets (according to the business proposal that he gives investors).

Investors beware. Fabien tells people that his company is worth millions when in reality is it worth less then an once of metal scraps.

He is a compulsive liar and manipulator. If you are ready to invest thousands of dollars into ZO! Creative LLC then you should be prepared to just give Fabien money to use as his person slush fund.

Good luck to anyone prepared to do business with this company.

Good Morals?

Good morals?

Lying to employees, clients and investors about the company assets in order to get more money out of them. Thats a demonstration of good morals? Being in this country illigally operating a business knowing you have limited responsibility because youre not a citizen and dont have permission to be in this county; thats good moral character?

While I have never been an employee or client of Zo! Creative,  I know the CEO and his good moral character. I have also witnessed the amazing results the company produces for its clients. Anyone who questions the integrity of this company can easily contact its clients whose websites are displayed in the company's online portfolio.
