I first would like to apologize for any negative dealings Kristy may have had with our company, eLocal Listing, LLC. Zone Communications is a DBA name (filed with the State of California) and not the actual corporate name. The actual corporate name was Zonecom, Inc. Secondly, Zonecom, Inc. was affiliated with Placement Power, but was not the same company. (the two companies shared customer service call centers and billing companies and provided similar products) We understand this has caused confusion with some of our clients. As to the current situation, the Zonecom, Inc. assets and customer base were purchased by eLocal Listing, LLC in May of 2007. As to the complaint about "high-pressure" sales tactics, eLocal Listing, LLC does have a highly trained and assertive sales staff. We firmly believe our products are of great value to small businesses, and to back up our beliefs we offer a 30-day 100% money back guarantee. As such we have tripled the size of our client base since May of 2007. Unfortunately, I know we are not perfect. But we will do what it takes to keep our customers satisfied.
