Zoupper.com Sophie sold me 2 watches that did not have features advertised and when I returned them they would not refund my money. Dover DE
I ordered 3 watches online from Zoupper.com for Christmas gifts that were supposed to be smart watches. I also ordered a product called a storm glass at the same time. The 3 watches that I bought were not what was advertised on the website and after waiting a month to get them, I gave 1 as a Christmas gift and sent the others back.
The storm glass I never received. They said they would send out another storm glass and I could send back the watches to get a refund. I never received either storm glass and I lost the receipt that I needed to prove I sent back the 2 watches. I paid over $20.00 in shipping and now I am out over a $100.00 for the watches and the storm glass that I never received.
I had contacted a person named Sophie several times by email to find out what I needed to do, but the only thing they kept saying was that I needed the tracking number to prove that I sent back the watches. I have been ripped off and I can't prove that I sent back the watches so I am out over $100.00.
I have looked at reviews on this company and there is another review on the same company. My credit card company won't give me a credit for the purchase so I am out that money and I can't get a refund from the post office because I don't have the receipt for the tracking number when I sent out the watches.
