ZPDI rip-off! Nationwide
Son called home collect 4 times from out of state. The highest charge was $8.35 plus tax per minute, with total of $174.07 for 28 minutes of calls. That is $6.21 per call. This is outrageous. I was not told of these charges when I accepted them. After complaining to ZPDI they reduced the charges by 33% but this still comes to about $4 a minute. Is this legal? Aren't they required to state the charges ahead of time?
