Select home warranty I filed a claim on the select home warranty website for a broken spring. The spring was an option for the claim, I paid my $65 for the claim, after the company took my money... they responded that they don't cover the spring. Choice Home Warranty My water heater leaking charged a service charge. Sent out a technician who charged an additional $200 with no itemized statement. paid for a very cheap hot water heater with only a 3 year tank warranty. Plus it was dented in the side.
