Consumer Health Benefits Association - CHBA - Goodhealth Plan Made it all up, said they would pay 80% with no deductable Coconut Creek Florida
They called on the phone, told us the plan paid 80%, no deductable, 129/month. Received the Membership kit and realized I had been scammed.
These guys are sick. Called a supervisor and got stonewalled. They are professional con artists.
