Once contacted, they agreed to remove last two charges but refused any other responsibility. This has been going on for several months.

MSI*SWUSA Crystal Vision has done this before and here it shows up again on my credit card. Crystal Vision Internet *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account!
Crystal Vision has put charges on my card before and it has appeared again. I have called the 800 number and I get put on hold and no one ever answers.
I'm so upset that this company has cause so much distress in my life, because it takes a lot of work for me to get these char...
