I purchased flowers, and then found that I was being charged for a rewards plan, that I did not sign up for. I have cancelled but, then found they would not replace the money they have taken which adds up to $99.50.

I bought two flower arrangements for Xmas gifts. They charged for both flowers one arrived. Then two extra 9.95 charges for Dec and 9.95 every month since. Every month when I call they say no we won't stop taking money and no refund.

My wife ordered flowers for our mother and for a funeral over the phone. The customer service rep offered a $10 discount but didn't clearly communicate the intent or stipulations -- had it been clear there's no way we would have agreed to it.
