BLOOMSRWRD BLOOMS TODAY i ORDERED FLOWERS THE WAS CHARGED FOR A REWARDS PROGRAM THAT i DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I CANCELED BUT THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY. HAYMARKET, Virginia
I purchased flowers, and then found that I was being charged for a rewards plan, that I did not sign up for. I have cancelled but, then found they would not replace the money they have taken which adds up to $99.50.
