I too was a victim of this company. They advertised on Facebook to try the product for free and the only charge would be shipping and handling. No where in that ad did it state it was a 14 day trial nor that my card would be charged $103.00 and $109.00.

Envisage Skin Krasa I purchased a trial where you pay only shipping. I called and cancelled after 30 days because I could see no difference in my skin. They told me it was cancelled I then received two more shipments one month apart. 109.93 each time. I called again this am and they told me I cant ship it back and I cannot receive a credit refund. They said they cancelled this time and that I will receive paperwork within a week. I told him I can sure see why your company is receiving complaints and hung up! Internet
