My daughter just came back after a year living in Scotland (we live in US). She needed to call her UK bank and we received a $75 charge for a 24 minute 10 seconds call. What a ripoff!!!!!

BOSE has had my ear piece for over 40 days under warranty. After contacting a VP, they claimed a Dept of Commerce restriction, which is now over. They still refuse to send my replacement to the US.
