@Bose has had my ear piece for over 40 days under warranty. After contacting a VP, they claimed a Dept of Commerce restriction, which is now over. They still refuse to send my replacement to the US. I bought mine from @BestBuy and it’s available everywhere. Worst service ever! #CustomerService #Bose

Their Call center placed 3 or 4 times order for me, I also got all teh Confirmations, But It never ships, So At the end I did contact a VP of Bose in the US< he put me in cotavt with a Global Escalatoon Director, Mr. Steve Rosenthal, Mobile 508 439 1344

After a few days he tells me since my name is with the Dept Of Commerce they are unable to ship this put to me due to compliance issue. But this Item can be ordered Online or from any Retails Store like Best Buy, Walmart etc....

It sounds like you are on a list of people who are under some sort of trade sanctions.  That means it's illegal for anyone in the US to do business with you.  Unfortunately, that also applies to third parties receiving stuff on your behalf, so you won't be able to have it sent to someone else.  If they made a mistake and you are not on any list, they should be able to help you if you provide documentation showing that you are a different person.
