Dvdavenue.tv i ordered a tv series on dvd, what i got was defective. i received no replacement nor refund Laval, Quebec, Canada
this spring i ordered a mini series on dvd from dvdavenue.tv. when it arrived it was less than half of the series content. i e mailed them to complain but all they do is give me the same lame excuses

About one month ago I ordered a box set of Dean Martins Roasts for $116 from tvaddicts.tv. I received a package today (8/2/07) and it contained 14 home made non-working dvd's. Of course, nobody answered the phone either. The address I wrote is what was on the envelope I received.

On Dec 16 2006 I ordered a DVD collection for $225.00 US. The TVaddicts clain to have shipped on Jan 31 2007 which resulted in their claim that it arrived from Canada Post to my home and returned because a card was left that I did not respond to by picking the parcel up at the USPS...
