Express Flooring Tore out old floor, left without putting down new flooring Phoenix AZ
Don't use them!!! You'll be sorry.
They tore out my old floor and then told me they can not put down the new flooring.
6 days and counting with bare floors.
Noone will call me. Poor customer service!
