The ISP Planet Systems Network is a ripoff artist
I recently signed up for the no busy guarantee from PSN in
Phoenix. They offer to guarantee a no busy account when you sign
up.
Their system is riddled with busy signals.
They won't offer refunds.
Their support staff is assinine.
Avoid them like the plague
