Louvella or Aloe Vera Organics Charged 4 times without authorization for 2 products $87.95, 89.95,,87.95, 89.95. They attempted on 3 occasions to debit different amounts, according to my bank I received no information about what to do with the product if I was dissatisfied with it. There was not even an invoice in the box or return address. I should have cancelled my card then. They clipped me for $335.80. I called the company and was told I would be refunded. The next day they charged me again for $89.95. I called the company again and they had no record of my previous call. She has assured me I will be refunded within 1-2 business days. That is what Nate told me yesterday, before they hit my account again today. I'm expecting my new grandson in June and I live on a fixed income. I needed that money to travel on.
