Carshield.com provide Warranty contracts on vehicles I contracted with them to cover my 2013 RAM 1500 in Jan 2021. I filed 1 claim for a bad oilpan in 2023. I was told it was covered. but, they refused to pay after the work was done. Then after almost 3 years of coverage, I traded my RAM 1500 in and called to cancel.The girl cancelled but when i informed her that a charge was pending, she refused to issue a credit. Vlamorous Free trial scam. You are absolutely right! The same thing happened to me. I returned the products which 1) don’t work and 2) the applicator came broken on the eye cream. I received the return # and placed it with UPS shipping. A month later they charged me $200 for unreturned creams. Saying ” well you didn’t call us to tell us the return tracking # therefore we can’t refund you. Simply returning the product alone does not credit your account”. You also only have 30 days to return even though it takes at least 2 weeks to determine if product works. Then a week or more for standard shipping to be received. I have been scammed.
