Complaint Review: Lonnies Auto Sales LLC S&S Superlube LLC - Walterboro South Carolina

BEWARE” if you get stuck on the highway on 95 south bound or north bound in Waliterboro South Carolina and South Carolina State Police come to your aid to get you off the highway make sure they don’t call this garage S&S SUPER LUBE LLC or LONNIES AUTO SALES LLC for tow services. You will be stuck for days possibly weeks and they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to Diagnosing your vechicle you will be abandoned and broke when they get done with you.Just look at their facilities they have more than one under different names LONNIES AUTO SALES LLC 2450 Robertson,Blvd Walterboro ,SC and S&S SUPER LUBE LLC 755 Sniders Hwy,Walterboro,SC they all look the same abandoned cars all apart scattered tru out the properties and they don’t like buying new parts they use only used parts and have no clue on repairing automobiles they are just parts changers And they don’t follow South Carolina Motor Vehicle rules their are no hourly repair rates posted in any of their locations and they don’t believe in giving customers a estimate on parts and repairs before the work is authorized.

It’s a law in South Carolina I got ripoff and robbed and had to pay them $451.00 so they would release my vehicle and then pay another towing company $350.00 to take my vehicle out of this garage and tow it to another town 30 miles away to a nationwide corporate repair facility that had experience and license mechanics to Diagnose and repair what Lonnies Auto Sales LLC garage broke in taking my fuel tank out of my van and what I needed to get my van up and running at a total cost of $1.395,74.Total cost of unnecessary repairs $2.196,74 not including lodging,rental car fees and plane fees which could of been avoided by the tow truck driver which is the garage owner Justin Sherrill of Lonnies auto sales llc & S&S Superlube if he would of been honest and upfront and just tell us that that the nearest truck repair facility and parts store is 30 miles away and there is not one in this town and his garages don’t have the technicians and equipment to diagnose my vehicle. But NO he tells me that his mechanic will get right on it and that they can diagnose it just like the dealer and I wouldn’t have to wait for days.What I found out after we got dropped off At Lonnies was that we felt we were abandoned at a garage somewhere in South Carolina but we had no idea where we were.Justin Sherrill the owner of Lonnies Auto Sales llc left us there and nevered gave us a phone number or tell us where we were so we could notify our family and let them know that we broke down. He didn’t even ask for any information on my vehicle and myself or have me sign anything.”HE WAS GONE” What I found out was His mechanic is a backyard mechanic that all he knows is how to change parts.just look around every vehicle is apart and broken down it looks like a backyard vehicle grave yard. The outcome was I had to call the Sheriff Dept and another towing company to get my vehicle out of there after I found out that they had taking my van apart and broke my fuel lines without my consent or authorization.Their is a LAW IN SOUTH CAROLINA like most states have on Motor Vehicle Repair Facilities Section 56-33-10 and Section 56-33-20 and Section 56-33-40 that has penalties if a garage does not comply.So I will be filing a complaint with the South Carolina Motor Vehicle department And also South Carolina state’s attorney office to let them know that Because of a couple dishonest auto repair &towing business’s that don’t comply by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles laws. Nobody should get treated and have to go through this in the great state of South Carolina because they are from another state.
