Ramona L. Fishel Laura Fishel Mailed inferior quality plants. Purchase price $105.70, Plants did not look at all like the internet catalog. Plants very punny in size. Buyer, ordered (6) giant Hibiscus plants. She followed ALL acclimating plants to new envt. before planting. This was on 10/5/14. She also purchase correct materials for new plants. Buyer phoned Wayside Gardens on 3/25/15 to ask about a refund. Kisha at customer service informed buyer that her company could only order a company credit for the amount of five plants. Out of six plants ordered, only five appear to be growing into plants. Kisha gave buyer a # to re-order new plants. Buyer is to pay for shipping new plants to Sparks, NV. Buyer has no recourse except to order new plants from Wayside. Sparks, Nevada
