Picture.Com ripoff I enter a photo contest Company says they would publish the photo in a book call Endless Journey that was Aug.2004. This company needs to be put out of business. Owings Mill Maryland
They put my photo on their Web site and advertise it in the book Endless Journeys when I click on to order the book a page comes up saying it was not accepted as yet by the committee. Photo name Lilly's Friend under nature with my name.
