I ordered 10 Dimebag Tribute bracelets on August 2, 2005. The proceeds benefit the victims of the Damage Plan (Pantera) band and their family. My credit card was charged on August 3, 2005.

I e-mailed on August 12, 2005 to find out when I could expect my shipment and Jon told me it would be 2-3 months before I could expect my shipment. I simply asked him why my card had been charged over a week ago if it would be that long before my shipment would be expected and he got rude with me, told me I was rude and refused to help me, and then refused my order, told me he would refund my credit card and told me my e-mails would be blocked.

See attached converstation that occurred via e-mail.

(The order will be canceled today as stated.

End of discussion. As stated all future emails from you wil lbe blocked and we will not see them.

We will make this easy for you. We will cancel your order for you. You can then donate the money directly to the charity.

Please note it states - MOST orders take from 1-2 months to arrive. As this is all going to charity, we can not hire additional staff to help with the shipments. I am the only person taking, packaging and shipping EVERY order.

As you are too impatient and too rude to realize what an overwhelming task this is - I would rather you ive your money to the cause directly and not waste my time trying to appease you.

I will refund your credit card today and you can give the money directly to the charity. I will no longer respond to your emails.

No, but only because it is going to help a good cause. I will not order from you or your affiliates again however. That is ridiculous that it takes that long but you charge the credit card the day after you receive the order. Every other time I have ordered from a web site, my card has not been charged till the day before my product has shipped. Whether or not it is all posted CLEARLY on the website, you have my money but I will not have my product for 1-2 months.

AGAIN, the only reason I am not canceling my order is because it is going to a good cause.
