guestreservations.com I tried to create a hotel room reservation and it was not finalized, i was charged for a non refundablereservation with out providing a confirmation number for a completed reservation Miami Florida
I tried to make a reservation and got an error on the webpage saying the room was not available anymore.
I was then charged for a non refundable reservation for a non finalized reservation. I did not get a confirmation number and was charged over 3000.00
