Liberty Mutual Insurance Bait-and-switch on rates. Increased premiums for no reason for 3 years. Then when i did have a claim ( very minor, ZERO damage to my car), paint scratches on other car, they paid out too much , then doubled my rates again. After cancellation, had the nerve to send me another bill, refused to tell me how much they paid out, AND then threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay after I cance3lled them. Boston MA
Wish I could give this criminal enterprise less than 1 star. (and I'm being kind here) They do the bait-and-switch on their rates, low ball the first year, then raise rates for no reason at all. Wish I would have shopped around much sooner. Non-existent customer service if you want ...
