Dr. Shawn Matian DDS took pre-payment for an extraction and implant on one tooth on 2.24.2021. I paid him $3426 upfront. He charged $341 for the extraction and claimed additional from insurance. He personally kept $3084.99.
Matian never performed the implant and kept the money to us...
