Complaint Review: Thomas Eaton D.D.S. - Ione California

To all friends,relatives, and patients of Dr. Eaton: Please remind him he owes his daughter over $650,000 in unpaid child support, that he cowardly paid attorneys to avoid paying his obligation.

As you enjoy yourself on your highend vacations, sitting comfortably, remember you brought a life into this world and your behavior will be judged. What also will be judged is your role in Leslie's death. You are fully aware you owe over $650,000 in child support and never spent a minute of time with your daughter Mia. You also poisoned Kinsey and deprived her of a sister, and of course the truth about what you did to her mother. But you have managed to hide your evil, and pretend so people will believe you are something you are not. (but they do talk behind your back, Dr. Eaton)

To those who believe Thomas Eaton is a good person, do some research. The truth is very easy to find.  Your welcome for raising your daughter. You owe her much more than hundreds of thousands of dollars, and you owe Kinsey the truth as well. 

Knowing the pathetic coward you are; you will continue to live your life and put yourself above everyone else, including your patients and family. Hope you are an atheist. Don't ever think people really believe you are a good father....

Thomas hires people to restore his online reputation, because that is all he cares about. Dig deep you will see his bakruptcy, how he got away without paying the dental supply companies and his dental lab, and people he took money from, just your typical narcissist who thinks he's above paying his debts and entitled to a comfortable life. Still has never spent any time parenting his daughter, still pretends like she doesn't exist, has paid off the courts and the child support agency to keep him out of jail. All that money given to other people instead of raising his daughter. He pretends he is such a fine upstanding community member, but I'd like to see what would happen if they knew he owes over $150,000 in child support and abandoned his own child, he won't even cover her on his medical insurance, and of course has never once given her any food,clothes,rent, or gifts, never so much as a card, EVER. Please, if you see this man encourage him to help his struggling daughter who is now 17, to accept his responsibility and do the right thing. She has  lived in poverty her entire life and would like some chance at bettering her life. Thank you.

Thomas Eaton continues to avoid paying child support for his minor daughter. He still owes over $100,000, he gets away with it because instead of paying support, he pays a very expensive lawyer, Jeffrey Posner to assist him in avoiding support.

The Placer County court has allowed him to not pay and receive no consequence whatsoever. see case # SFS 18719

His daughter calls him frequently to beg for food, rent, and medical care but he refuses to speak to her. His office manager Darian Abinante, who has worked for him for many years, is well aware of his efforts to avoid paying, her standard response when his daughter calls is "he is unavailable".

Shame on Thomas for not being responsible after bringing a child into this world. Shame on attorney Jeffrey Posner for representing a man who wants to avoid paying child support.

Thomas never once visited his child and has excluded his daughter from his life. Please encourage Thomas to do the moral and just and pay his support. His daughter is sad and living in poverty.

A good family specialist attorney should take this guy in to court and be able to garnish his wages and a percentage of his practice and MAKE HIM PAY! Unless the laws where you live are vastly different from the ones in where I live. I am NOT a lawyer yet--but I can tell you, it looks like you sure could use one. A Court can ORDER a person to DO anything but without proper enforcement, NOTHING is DONE! You should be able to get a writ of garnishment and seize some of his assets! The lawyer files with the constable's office here where I live and the deputies then can seize assets to satisfy the debt. What is up here? THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE.OBVIOUSLY I DO NOT KNOW THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE BUT YOU NEED TO MEET WITH AN ATTORNEY WHO DOES! If you have already retained an attorney, for instance, the one you used to have the DNA test done, sounds like to me you need to pay them another visit and if they aren't doing their job, to report them to the Bar association and get another one who WILL COLLECT the MONEY that your child deserves!

Dr. Eaton has not made any child support payments as of this date and continues to refuse to do so.
