Vanderbilt Mortgage And Finance, Inc.; Chase Mortgage ripoff! Vanderbilt took over Chase Mortgage Company's mortgage loans and in the transfer of accounts Vanderbilt added $395.00 to our account and said it was past due. Maryville Tennessee
