Acronis Inc. Product will not install -- NO customer serivce and NO refund Burlington, Massachusetts
Purchased Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 on Nov. 29, 2009 for $50. Product would not install, only produces error that it is not compatable with my operative system (Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit). Odd since the trial version ran fine.
